Foley Area C.A.R.E.
(Creating Appreciation and Reciprocity with Elders)

Neighbors helping neighbors--that's what The Foley Area C.A.R.E. Program is all about.  Our Mission is to assist our elder neighbors to live safely and securely in their own homes with dignity and independence.  Geographically the program serves people age 60 and over that reside in Benton County within a 10-mile radius of the City of Foley.   CLICK HERE to view a map of our service area.

Cell Phones Still Available...
Do you or anyone you know need a cell phone?  Telecom Pioneers has gathered and refurbished used cell
phones.  These recycled cell phones are available for emergency use.  The phones can be kept charged
and used to dial 911 in case of an emergency.

The Foley Area C.A.R.E. Program is serving as the contact organization to make arrangements
for you to receive an emergency cell phone.

Your old cell phones are valuable to the C.A.R.E. program.
CARE receives money from the phones to help fund our program.
Frandsen Bank, Foley Rexall, and St Paul’s Lutheran Church are drop-off spots for your old phones.
