Foley Area C.A.R.E.
(Creating Appreciation and Reciprocity with Elders)

Our Vision
The aging neighbors of our community will live longer, happier, and meaningful lives.

Mission Statement
Through direct services and referrals we support our Foley neighbors 60 and older to continue living in the home of their choice.

Geographically the program serves people age 60 and over that reside in Benton County within a 10-mile radius of the City of Foley.   CLICK HERE to view a map of our service area.

UPCOMING  EVENTS:
===================================
Our SEALS (Seniors Engaging in Active Lifestyles) program is up and running!
Fitness sessions are held at Dewey Place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 in the community room. All community members ages 60+ are welcome to attend. Exercises are performed in a chair and participants follow a certified senior fitness video. Our at-home program has started up thanks to a grant from East Central Energy. We purchased DVDs and DVD players, which allow clients to stay in their homes during the chilly winter months and still maintain physical activity. If you are interested in either program, contact the C.A.R.E. office.  (320) 968-7848

Cell Phones Still Available...
Do you or anyone you know need a cell phone?  Telecom Pioneers has gathered and refurbished used cell
phones.  These recycled cell phones are available for emergency use.  The phones can be kept charged
and used to dial 911 in case of an emergency.

The Foley Area C.A.R.E. Program is serving as the contact organization to make arrangements
for you to receive an emergency cell phone.

Your old cell phones are valuable to the C.A.R.E. program.
CARE receives money from the phones to help fund our program.
Frandsen Bank, Foley Rexall, and St Paul’s Lutheran Church are drop-off spots for your old phones.
